The Value of Vendor Network
Users are not receiving enough information or reminders on the value of maintaining or optimizing their profile for Client consumption
Vendor Differentiation
Current profile building options does not allow users to truly personalize their profile via data & branding
Vendor UX
Current profile is functional but feels like a skeleton and is not visually enticing or encourages users to re-engage with profile content
1. If we add more intentional reminders around profile maintenance, then vendors will be more likely to re-engage with profile data, because they are getting consistent updates about the value of maintenance
2. If we give vendors profile editing tools that enable them to showcase and differentiate their services, then vendors will be more likely to refine the information displayed in their profile, so that it’s more enticing to clients
3. If we more prominently display how vendor data is being consumed by clients, then vendors may better understand how to position the information they want to share in their profile
To stay in the scope and timeline for this project, I decided to focus our improvements within the profile space even though there were opportunities discovered within the profile onboarding [FTUE] experience space.

Embracing Iterations
With design, there are always room for improvement! I learned a lot about being vulnerable in design reviews and being open to change and iterations as design is not static.
