Overview
From our legacy pharmacy app, pill reminder was deprioritized and is not featured in our current native app. Pill reminder will allow customers to set up reminders to take their medications per prescription and also allow medication adherence for business prosperity.
What is Cx Pharmacy?
Our goal is to give customers a satisfying pharmacy experience in the digital space. We work to make getting and managing prescriptions a convenient and streamlined process that allows customers to get their prescriptions how they want, when they want.
Our squad works on designing and improving the digital pharmacy experience for customers and Partners across platforms. Designing for the pharmacy section on Heb.com for web and the My H-E-B app for native.
We launched in 2022 with base features in the app and now we are enriching the experience.

Reviews and feedback left from our users. Negative reviews regarding missing Pill Reminder feature in our current native app. Customers have become dependent on the feature per their lifestyle.

Problem
- Prior users want the pill reminder feature back on the app - Forget to take medication on time
- Consume wrong medication or incorrectly

- Auto refills and pill reminder could help save money at the end of the year DIR fees (direct and indirect remuneration)
Constraints
Technology: - Currently My H-E-B Pharmacy does not have push notification capabilities
